Alma Ruth Toler Mrs. Alma Ruth Toler, 87, of Washington, died Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at home.She was a nativeof Bremen, GA., the daughter of Ira Y. and Emily Vance Suggs.Mrs. Toler was a retired Banker and Realtor.She was preceded in death by her husband, William Bramell Toler. Survivors include one brother, Robert L. Suggs, Knoxville; nephew, J.R. Suggs and wife, Paula, Washington; great nephews and great great nieces; several cousins in South Carolina, Georgia and New Mexico; and longtime friend and attorney, George Langford. Funeral services will be held in Orlando, Florida.A Memorial Service will be held at Washington First UMC chapel November 30, 2009 at 11am with Rev. Gayle Seibert officiating.
