Mrs. Barbara Jean Vines, 60, of Washington, went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2017.She is survived by her husband, Tony Vines; one daughter, Joie Reddish; two sisters, Rosie Shaw and Wanda Wilson; one brother, Lloyd Spencer; Two grandsons, Jordan McDougald and Lucas Reddish; and numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.She was deeply loved and will be missed.There will be no services pursuant to Mrs. Vines’ wishes.
