Mr. Ernest Christopher Webb, 56, of Washington, died December 9, 2012 at his home.A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, the son of Georgia Anner Parker Webb and the late Ernest Glenn Webb. Survivors in addition to his mother include, brothers Walter A. Webb, Harry Michael Webb, and Thomas Webb and his wife, Evalle; a special nephew, Ernest Destin Webb. No services are planned.
