James Edward Waller, 81, of Washington, died September 27, 2009 in Wills Memorial Hospital.He was a native of Wilkes County and the son of the late David Edward and Pearl Eliza Poss Waller.Mr. Waller was a petroleum truck driver and served his country in the U. S. Navy. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, October 5, 2009 at 3:00pm in Hopkins Funeral Home. Survivors include his son, Robert Edward ‘Sonny’ Waller, Dublin and grandson, Jeremy Reese Waller, Athens.
