History & Staff
We have years of experience caring for families, from all walks of life. Each family comes to us because they know we are leaders in our profession, dedicated to excellence in service, and have the highest integrity.
Carl Hopkins announced in the February 14, 1952 issue of the News-Reporter the
opening of the Hopkins Funeral Home, which is housed on East Robert Toombs Avenue in the dwelling originally built by the late Harry E. Booker. The house has been remodeled and much work has been done to beautify the grounds.
Mr. Hopkins had training and experience in the funeral profession and promised courteous, efficient and economical, as well as sympathetic service.
Today, Hopkins Funeral Home is a family oriented funeral and cremation provider. The staff are dedicated professionals who share the calling to serve our community with care and compassion.
